Missing sensor

Missing sensor Tdev: Device temperature sensor

Part to check: Temperature sensor on the logic board or a flex cable

Missing sensor Tdev means the device temperature sensor is not sending data to the thermalmonitord process. After about 180 seconds without that data, the iPhone restarts on its own and writes a Panic-Full log containing the line Missing sensor(s): Tdev. Usual location: Temperature sensor on the logic board or a flex cable. It is one of the easiest errors to trace because the log names the sensor directly. Scan the log with the Panic Scan app to see every missing sensor at once.
