Missing sensor mic3 means the front microphone (near the earpiece) is not sending data to the thermalmonitord process. After about 180 seconds without that data, the iPhone restarts on its own and writes a Panic-Full log containing the line Missing sensor(s): mic3. Usual location: Earpiece assembly / front sensor assembly (depends on model). It is one of the easiest errors to trace because the log names the sensor directly. Scan the log with the Panic Scan app to see every missing sensor at once.
